Due to the hygienic and safety-sensitive nature of baby items, we have a strict No Return, No Refund, No Exchange policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect size, color, or product selection by the customer.
Opened or used items.
Products without original packaging or tags.
❗ Exceptions – Eligible for Return/Refund
A refund or exchange may be processed only if:
The product delivered is defective, damaged, or expired.
The product received is incorrect or does not match the order placed.
Important: To be eligible for a return or refund under these exceptions:
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Clear photographs of the item and packaging must be provided as proof.

If approved, you will receive:

For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns or refunds are accepted for:
